• maximum de grain 1%
• maximum de pistache fermée et vide 6%
• maximum de grain non mur8%
• maximum de décoloration de coquille 2%
• maximum de coquille déformé 5%
Les grains de pistache ne doit pas emballer avec des matériaux fibreux parce que l'houille de fibre produit de la chaleur et cause la brulure d’emballage.
Pistache a besoin de température et humidité et ventilation particulier, donc on doit respecter les normes de sa transportation.

Emballage: Pistaches sont placées dans les cartons résistants de 10kg.
